T-Shirts-Make Your Own
In today’s world of 6 billion plus people, it is easy to lose your individuality. Most of the things we
own, including the shirts on our backs, are also owned by others. I don’t mean the exact same shirt, but an exact duplicate of it. However,
it is still possible to retain a feeling of uniqueness if you make your own shirt. When you make your own shirt, it can say anything
you want it to say, and it is something all your own with no duplicate anywhere in the world.
In order to make your own t-shirts, you will need a heat press machine. At the time of this writing, a search for the
term "heat press machine" yielded 194 results on Ebay. The prices range anywhere from 50 bucks to 350 dollars. There are several websites
where you can input your design for the shirt you want to make, or you can use a simple program like paintshop or photoshop that is already
on your computer. Once you have your design, it will need to be transferred to "transfer" paper. This is usually done by taking your design
to a printer or using an online service.
Once you have your heat press machine and your transfer paper with the design you want, simply take a plain
t-shirt and place it on the base of the heat press machine. Take the transfer paper and lay it face down on the shirt. Close the heat press
machine and wait for about 10 seconds. Open the heat press machine, peel off the paper, and you now have your t-shirt! Now that you know
how to make your own shirt, you can take this skill and make shirts for other people. You might even consider going into the t-shirt
business if people like your designs.
